The name Cardinal Legacy reflects both our roots and our future.
The foundation of the organization was built through Cardinal All Hour Towing, a company known for professionalism, reliability, and service to the community. The legacy of that organization continues today through the leadership and dedication of the people who built it and those who continue to grow it.
That legacy is carried forward by the next generation of towing professionals, including JT Reasor, who not only drives one of the group’s heavy-duty rotator trucks but also leads industry training through the American Towing & Recovery Institute (ATRI) — helping raise the standard of training and professionalism across the towing and recovery industry.
